Yes. CARNORE clocks are monolithically shaped from one solid walnut block, without glue joints or unnecessary additives. This approach ensures stronger structural stability, long-term durability, and a clean material aesthetic.

Each CARNORE clock includes a certificate of authenticity with serial number, a 36-month mechanism warranty card, usage and care instructions, and a thank-you letter, all presented in luxury packaging tailored to the clock’s form.
The warranty lasts 36 months from the date of purchase. It covers manufacturing and mechanical defects under normal use, along with confirmation of authenticity, structural integrity, and proper functionality.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, exposure to moisture or chemicals, or unauthorized modifications. If service is needed, the CARNORE atelier provides authentic care and restoration.
Yes. On request, we offer discreet personalization: an engraved plaque or a personalized message with the master’s signature. This adds a personal and emotional layer without compromising the object’s aesthetics.
Our wood comes from legal, controlled sources aligned with FSC principles of responsible forestry. Every piece is hand-selected in certified local drying facilities, with transparent provenance and short transport routes to minimize ecological footprint.
